DATE: March 25, 2020 SUBJECT: Medicare Supplement Premium Rate Changes    Due to the cost increase for hospital and medical care, it is necessary to increase premiums on several of our Medicare Supplement plans effective June 1, 2020.
PLANS H45 (Plan A) H46 (Plan F) H53 (Plan G) H54 (Plan N) INCREASE AMOUNT 9.5% 9.5% 9.5%  4.0%
