Effective April 1, 2020, Heartland National Life will be using a new Third Party Administrator to process all HNL policies. In order to facilitate this transition, applications received after March 20, 2020 will not be processed until April 1, 2020.

Any applications received on or before 3/20/20 will be processed as usual. Applications received after 3/20/20 will be held for processing at the new administrator. Please note that contact information for Policyowner Services and Underwriting will also change effective 4/1/20.
