How to participate

A minimum of three (3) applications with a combined annualized premium of $3,000 is required to be eligible.

Applications must be signed between August 21, 2023, and September 30, 2023¹, and be issued and paid on or before November 6, 2023.

Future dated applications where premium is first collected after November 6, 2023, do not qualify.
