To that end, we have Business Continuity and Pandemic Plans in place to ensure that we remain prepared to manage operations and services for you and your clients. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure that your business continues to be processed and commissions continue to be paid without interruption during the Coronavirus outbreak. Systems are in place to facilitate the flow of business among multiple locations, including home work stations.Employees in critical roles will be working remotely for as long as is needed in order to ensure the speedy processing of your new business, commissions, customer service requests and claims.Employee travel is restricted and meetings are being conducted through teleconferencing to protect the health of our work force so that they remain available to serve you.We will be distributing guidelines and procedures on completing applications without face-to-face meetings if it becomes necessary.
